First Time Visitor

For any questions regarding our Beliefs and Doctrines please have a look at Our Statement Of Faith page

We understand that your first visit to any new church can be a little disorienting, so we wanted to take the opportunity here to let you know how our typical Sunday Service goes. Additionally this will detail a couple of traditions that we like to keep out of reverence.

Pre-Service

Parents have the opportunity to sign their children into "Children's Worship". Children will then join their parents in the sanctuary where they will be later dismissed. Please see our "Children's Ministries" page to learn more.

Worship Service starts @ 10:45am

- Processional - At the beginning of service two candles will be lit at the alter. This represents bringing the "Light of Christ" into the sanctuary. Upon the lighting of these candles, there will be a prayer over the service for that day.

- Announcements - Any pertinent announcements this week will be presented to the congregation.

- Opening Hymn - The congregation will be asked to join the Praise Band in singing a traditional opening Hymn.

- Children's Moments - Children will be invited up to the front of the sanctuary for a brief interactive teaching and prayer. At which time they will be dismissed to go join in "Children's Worship".

- Offertory/Doxology - Our ushers will come around and collect a voluntary tithe and offering. The congregation will be asked to join in singing our Doxology as the offering is received at the alter. Our Doxology is a short Prayer that we sing to the Lord praising Him for His provisions. Furthermore, acknowledging that ALL blessings come from God.

- Contemporary Worship Music - The Praise Band will lead the congregation in Approximately 10-12 minutes (2-3 Songs) of Contemporary worship music. Most importantly this time is about Praising & Glorifying God. In our worship of Him we find our hearts prepared to receive His Word.

- The Message - Pastor Marc will begin the sermon. You can expect that the message will be entirely Scripture based often with  anecdotal application and evidence of the 'living, breathing' word of God. Typically done in a series format, where each Sunday he will recap where we left off and continue moving through the scripture.

- Closing - The Service will close with a contemporary worship song, if time allows.

- Benediction - A blessing upon the Congregation is given as we bring the "Light of Christ" out into the world.

Service Ends @ Approx. 11:45am

- Refreshments/Fellowship - All are welcome to join us in the lobby for free refreshments and a time of fellowship.
