Rev. Marc Roberson has been married to Theresa (“Te”) Roberson since 1981. Together, they’ve raised three children who are now grown, and are now proud grandparents to three grandchildren.

Marc holds a Master of Divinity from Virginia Union University and completed Clinical Pastoral Education at Mary Washington University. He also earned an Associate Degree in Advertising and Commercial Art, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Communication — a unique blend that reflects both his creative and pastoral gifts.

He began his ministry journey as a Youth Pastor in 1993, and after completing the candidacy program in the United Methodist Church, received his first pastoral appointment in July of 1995. Over the years, Marc and Te have faithfully served four congregations before being appointed to Riverton Church in 2014.

Marc has a deep passion for preaching and teaching, and he looks forward to continuing in ministry for many years to come.
